PERSONAL ASSISTANT $25.00 an hour. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A CAREGIVING JOB, this is an administration job.

6 hours per week, 2x 3-hour shifts (2 days) -weekdays only. You must have some flexibility in your schedule to be hired for this position - your schedule is updated every 2 weeks. Please do not apply if you can only work within specific/ set hours.

Description: Family seeking personal assistant to help a 65-year-old female, some physical and cognitive limitations. This is a private contract, Candidate must be willing to follow protocol of care facility. Assisting with booking and keeping track of appointments. Prioritize paper work.

Ideal Candidate: Compassionate, Patient and Understanding , Ability to problem solve and prioritize. Valuable working knowledge of Google Drive.

Must have:

-Experience on these Apple products: iPhone 16/Mac Book Air.
-Strong organizational skills Assisting with managing phone calls and Zoom meetings. -Open communication with family members.

-Fluent in Level 4/5 English, Reading, Writing,



Speaking, and Listening.
- Ability to drive to and from appointments
- Able to accommodate wheelchair in your vehicle.

Documents Required:

Valid drivers license

Copy of COVID/Flu vaccines
