Duties

- Design and implement age-appropriate educational activities that support early childhood development
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom workplace that encourages curiosity and independence
- Support children's social-emotional well-being through caregiving, guidance, and positive reinforcement
- Observe and document children's progress, sharing insights with families and team members
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, naps, hygiene, and transitions to ensure comfort and safety
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and classroom improvements
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of children with diverse abilities or disabilities

Experience

- Educator must be qualified and have a DEC in ECE, AEC, RAC96 or B.A. in Child Studies (or BA)



in Early Childhood education or similar attestation.
- Prior experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting is highly valued
- Classroom experience demonstrating the ability to manage group activities effectively
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a strong plus
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Proven ability to foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey instructions and developmental observations

Pay: $25.78-$34.44 per hour
