Role Description The Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON, supporting daily business operations and ensuring a smooth, productive workflow. This role includes supervising routine activities, organizing schedules, coordinating with clients and vendors, and helping maintain accurate records and documentation. The Assistant Manager will assist with basic financial and administrative tasks, monitor service quality, and support the implementation of process improvements. Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

record-keeping, and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Comfort with basic financial tracking or bookkeeping and proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in an assistant manager, coordinator, or similar support role is an asset.
- High level of reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality work.
- Post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
