About the Role

This is a part-time (20 hours per week), long-term consulting contract supporting a high-net-worth founder and chairman with an active investment portfolio, multiple business interests, and significant philanthropic engagements. The ideal candidate thrives in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to evolving priorities with initiative and sound judgment.

- Administer and track private investment portfolios including deal documentation, share issuances, and reporting
- Liaise with external professional advisors including accountants, lawyers, and investment advisors
- Manage consulting agreements and related compliance documentation
- Coordinate and support the Owner's philanthropic initiatives including foundation giving, grant coordination and stakeholder communications with nonprofit partners
- Handle highly confidential personal and financial information with absolute discretion
- Manage and follow through on special projects as directed by the Owner
- Support smooth administrative operations across a portfolio of private companies
- Occasionally attend meetings at the Owner's residence as required

What You Bring

- Minimum 8-10 years of senior executive assistant or equivalent experience, ideally supporting a founder, chairman, or high-net-worth individual
- Experience with investment portfolio administration or private equity environment is a strong asset
- Experience in or passion for the philanthropic or nonprofit sector is a strong asset
- Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities without constant direction
- Naturally composed and professional under pressure
- Calm communication style and excellent letter writing skills
- Exceptional discretion with confidential financial and personal information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with various communication platforms
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

What Success Looks Like

You are the kind of person who figures things out. When direction is limited you don't freeze — you assess, prioritize, and act. You bring order to complexity without needing to be asked. You are comfortable in a fast-moving environment and can pivot quickly when priorities change. You are equally comfortable liaising with accountants and lawyers, supporting philanthropic initiatives, and managing the day to day demands of a busy executive.

Compensation: $40,000–$50,000 annually (based on a 20-hour work week), depending on experience.

To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience supporting senior executives or high-net-worth individuals

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
