Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling the movement, storage, and organization of goods within our distribution center. Your expertise in operating various types of forklifts and clamp trucks will ensure safe and accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to perform heavy lifting with precision. Duties

- Operate forklifts and clamp trucks safely to move pallets, containers, and materials throughout the warehouse
- Perform order picking and packing tasks accurately using warehouse management systems
- Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and updating records
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety standards
- Use basic math skills to verify quantities and complete documentation accurately
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs
- Support warehouse organization by maintaining a clean and safe work environment




- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders promptly and meet daily targets
- Handle heavy lifting tasks safely, following established safety procedures

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating forklifts, including clamp trucks, with valid certification preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to forklift maintenance and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and inventory management systems
- Experience with order picker equipment is advantageous
- Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills

Pay: $20.00-$23.40 per hour
