York Street Dental is seeking a skilled, personable, and motivated Dental Assistant Level II to join our established and growing practice in the heart of downtown Toronto.

Conveniently located just steps from Union Station, our modern office is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a professional, welcoming, and team-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities

- Chairside assisting during a wide range of dental procedures.
- Prepare, disinfect, and organize treatment rooms before and after each appointment.
- Take and process digital radiographs while maintaining HARP standards.
- Maintain accurate clinical records using Dentrix.
- Follow all infection prevention, sterilization, and workplace safety protocols.
- Ensure operatories are fully stocked and equipped throughout the day.
- Provide patients with post-operative instructions and oral health education.
- Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and the administrative team to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience.
- Certified Dental Assistant with current HARP certification.
- Experience with Dentrix is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control standards.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Orthodontic experience is considered an asset
