Your Role:

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to diagnose conditions related to the spine and musculoskeletal system.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and medical history.




- Perform chiropractic adjustments and manipulations to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
- Deliver comprehensive manual therapy treatments beyond adjustments (e.g., soft tissue, mobilizations, rehab exercises)
- Educate patients on lifestyle changes, exercises, and wellness strategies to support their recovery and overall health.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in chiropractic care and pain management techniques.
- Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients to ensure they understand and are engaged in their care
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence

What We’re Looking For:

- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical setting (preferred)
- Existing Practice in Milton is PLUS++
- Confident with a variety of manual therapy techniques and patient education
- Personable, professional, and passionate about evidence-based care
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and communication.
- Experience in pain management techniques is preferred but not required.
- Interest in rehab, exercise prescription, or specialized modalities is an asset
- Willing to work some evening and/or weekend shifts based on clinic need
