Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Customer Service team. This role is responsible for driving service excellence, supporting employee development, managing escalated customer issues, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who can balance team development, operational priorities, and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead, coach, and support a team of Customer Service Representatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor service levels, team productivity, and adherence to established processes.
- Address and resolve complex customer concerns and escalations.
- Partner with Operations, Sales, and other internal teams to improve the customer experience.
- Support departmental coverage during peak periods or staff absences.
- Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives as required.





What We're Looking For

- Previous leadership experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working in a distribution, supply chain, manufacturing, or related environment is an asset.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and business management systems.
- Experience with AS400 or similar ERP platforms is considered an advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 5+ years of customer service or related operational experience.
- 1+ years of supervisory, lead, or team management experience.
- Post-secondary education in Business or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $15.00-$29.35 per hour
