ASAP Traffic Inc. is hiring! We are a growing company looking at building a team excited about traffic control! We are currently looking for a Traffic Lane Technician.
A Lane Technician Level 1 is responsible for setting up and maintaining traffic control devices and equipment on worksites to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow. This includes installing cones, signs, barricades, and electronic devices such as Variable Message Signs (VMS) and arrow boards. The role involves maintaining and inspecting equipment, monitoring site conditions, documenting activities, and ensuring compliance with traffic control standards.
Preference to those that have experience in Edmonton and area doing signage site set ups. Must be able to lift barricades and wind master sign stands on and off of a flat deck truck independently.
- Must have traffic control experience
- Must have a drivers license
- Experience driving deck truck(s) and pulling trailers
- Must have 8 inch high CSA approved steel toe boots
- Ability to work out of town
- First Aid,
CSTS is an asset
This job would require working weekends, being on call, and part time and/or full time work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Hourly: $20 - $28
