Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and effective Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Manage guest requests efficiently, addressing concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas,
and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to serve multiple tables effectively during busy hours
- Open availablity
- Able to work weekends
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant environment
- Minium 2 years experience
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience is a plus
