THE JOB

This is an all-around restaurant role. You will take part in every part of the operation, including:

- Taking orders (in-store & phone)
- Cooking and food prep
- Cashier
- Customer service
- Cleaning, dishes, and general upkeep
- Ensuring orders go out accurately and on time
- Representing the brand with positivity and professionalism

This is a fast-paced job in a busy shop located on Ottawa Street, East Hamilton.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re someone who brings great energy and wants to do things the right way. Ideally, you:

- Have restaurant experience (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Are confident, sociable, and a strong communicator
- Genuinely enjoy making customers happy
- Love food and care about quality
- Have excellent attendance and are consistently punctual




- Can work during our operating hours — including most evenings and weekends
- Want a respectful, drama-free work environment
- Read and write fluent English and can manage straightforward math for payments
- Are willing to learn and follow our systems
- Work diligently and use company resources responsibly
- Are well-groomed and presentable for customer interaction
- Are physically capable: walking, bending, lifting, and being on your feet

HOURS & SHIFTS

- Part-time to start, with potential to move into full-time
- We are busiest on Friday & Saturday evenings, so availability then is essential
- Shifts are shared fairly so everyone gets a mix of weekdays and weekends
- Typical shifts:
- 3–4 PM start (sometimes 10 AM)
- 9–10 PM finish
- Expect 3–5 shifts per week at the start
- More hours available as we grow, especially for team members who can handle opening and closing procedures
