What You’ll Do:

- Coach, mentor,



and inspire our showroom Sales Advisors to meet and exceed monthly volume, profitability, and CSI goals
- Act as the resident expert on EV tech and digital retailing tools to elevate customer trade-ins and finance deals
- Maintain solid lot inventory flow, drive community engagement, and represent the values of our group

What You Bring:

- 3+ years of progressive automotive dealership experience
- An active provincial salesperson license and valid driver's license
- Deep knowledge of auto sales, vehicle valuations, and showroom management systems
- A passion for tech, leadership, and community-first service
