This position prefers you to have at least 1 year experience building concrete swimming pools, hot tubs, and/or water features, or at least 2 years' experience in general construction. In addition, you work well with others as a team player, you see the big picture and also know the importance of small details. You are able to communicate effectively with your foreman and crewmates. You are committed to working 5 days a week, showing up on time,



and you are able to work out of town for extended periods of time (usually no more than 2 weeks at a time) sometimes 2-3 times a year. You love overtime and the pay that comes with it!

As well as a basic construction skillset you must also have a positive, solution-focused attitude and good work ethic. We will make every effort to car pool you with other crew using company vehicles however you must have your own transportation and safe driving record for the times when you need to get yourself to a job site. You have your own safety gear: hard hat, steel toed CSA approved safety boots, hand tools.
