We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and experienced Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our team full-time. This is not your typical MOA role it's dynamic, hands-on, and deeply meaningful.

About the Role:

This position goes beyond standard administrative duties. We’re seeking someone who can:

Provide compassionate, non-judgmental support to individuals who are street-involved or street-entrenched

Work with empathy, professionalism, and patience in a fast-paced, high-needs environment

Stay active and take initiative to keep the space clean, organized, and welcoming

Adapt to a variety of tasks with flexibility and reliability

Understand and use clear, respectful communication (strong diction and people skills are essential)

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

Experienced in MOA duties and comfortable managing both front and back office tasks

Grounded, organized, and proactive

Physically active and able to support the day-to-day needs of the space
