Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, following manufacturing procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient production of sports supplement products.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing and packaging equipment.
- Weigh, blend, mix, and process raw materials according to batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform equipment setup, cleaning, and sanitation activities.
- Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and report deviations or issues.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety policies, and company procedures.
- Assist with inventory movement and material handling.
- Work collaboratively with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Production teams.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications





- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or supplement manufacturing preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written procedures and accurately complete documentation.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to [50 lbs / 23 kg] and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is an asset.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety systems.
- Experience with blending or packaging equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
