Join a busy, customer-focused motorcycle shop/dealership dedicated to quality repairs, safety, and great service. We work on a wide range of bikes—sport, cruiser, touring, and off-road—and value skilled technicians who take pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and perform scheduled maintenance on motorcycles and off-road vehicles
- Service engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, electrical systems, fuel systems, and drive components
- Perform safety inspections, road tests, and tune-ups
- Read wiring diagrams and use diagnostic equipment effectively
- Maintain clean, organized work area and shop tools
- Communicate repair needs and estimates clearly to service advisors and customers
- Keep accurate service records and follow warranty procedures
Qualifications:
- Valid motorcycle technician license/certification
- 2+ years’ hands-on motorcycle mechanical experience (dealership or independent shop preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with motorcycle electrical systems and fuel injection systems a plus
- Own basic tools; familiarity with diagnostic scanners and specialty tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and valuable customer communication
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical shop duties
