THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a part-time leadership role with growth potential for the right person.

As a Junior Maintenance Division Supervisor, you’ll work closely with our leadership team to support field operations, lead small crews, maintain high-end residential properties, and help create an exceptional experience for our clients.

This role combines hands-on landscape maintenance work with leadership, communication, organization, and client care.

Have a valid driver’s license

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and support maintenance crews on high-end residential and commercial properties

Deliver detailed, high-quality landscape maintenance services

Maintain a qualified onsite image and client experience

Communicate with clients professionally and proactively

Identify opportunities for landscape improvements and enhancements

Keep tools, equipment, and vehicles clean and organized

Support scheduling, site coordination, and field documentation

Assist with property reports and operational systems

Help train and mentor newer team members

Work closely with management to continue growing your leadership responsibilities
