We're a private counselling practice with offices in Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton, and Grande Prairie, plus virtual services across Canada. We've built this place around a pretty simple idea: therapy should feel human. That goes for our clients, and it goes for our team.

Our Kelowna office is growing, and we've got a comfy chair with your name on it. We're looking for a Registered Social Worker with an MSW to come sit in it.

Here's the deal

You bring the clinical skills. We bring literally everything else.

Referrals, bookings, billing, intake, reception, marketing, the website, the office snacks, the person who remembers to order more tissues — all handled. You get to do the work you actually went to grad school for, without becoming an accidental small business owner in the process.

Day to day, that looks like:

- Seeing your own caseload of individuals, couples, youth, and/or families — whoever you're best with
- Keeping your notes in JaneApp (we'll show you the ropes)
- Working within your scope and BCCSW standards, as one does
- Joining team consults and peer support if you want them (no pressure, but people tend to like them)
- Being a friendly human to our admin team, who will absolutely have your back

You'll fit right in if you have

- An MSW from an accredited program
- Current registration in valuable standing with the BC College of Social Workers




- Professional liability insurance, or the willingness to sort that out before you start
- Availability to see clients in person at our Kelowna office
- A warm, down-to-earth style — we're not a stiff, formal kind of practice
- The ability to work independently without feeling like you're on an island

Bonus points for

- Training in trauma-informed practice, EMDR, EFT, CBT, DBT, or whatever your thing is
- Experience with kids, teens, or families
- An interest in supervision or mentorship somewhere down the road
