We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Closer to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for finalizing sales, ensuring all contractual and legal documentation is accurately completed, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the closing process. Your energetic approach will help drive successful transactions, support organizational efficiency, and foster positive client relationships. Responsibilities

- Finalize sales agreements by reviewing all contractual details, ensuring accuracy and completeness before closing
- Communicate clearly with clients to answer questions, clarify terms, and facilitate a smooth closing experience
- Prepare and draft legal documents, contracts, and other necessary paperwork with attention to detail and compliance
- Organize and maintain filing systems for all closing documents, ensuring easy retrieval and record keeping
- Collaborate with team members to analyze client information and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly
- Provide administrative support by updating databases, generating reports, and managing documentation workflows




- Follow established procedures to ensure all legal requirements are met during the closing process

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles with a focus on detailed documentation and organization
- Strong analysis skills to review contracts, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in all transactions
- Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents, correspondence, and detailed reports
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files efficiently and maintain meticulous records
- Experience with filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure compliance and easy access to documents
- Knowledge of legal drafting principles or prior experience working with legal documents is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders in a professional manner
