We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PPF (Paint Protection Film) Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality protective film to vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish that enhances the vehicle’s appearance and preserves its value. Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal adhesion of the film
- Measure and cut PPF accurately to fit various vehicle models using hand tools and cutting equipment
- Apply the protective film smoothly, eliminating bubbles, wrinkles, and imperfections for a seamless finish
- Use power tools safely and effectively during installation processes
- Perform heavy lifting when handling large or bulky film rolls and vehicle parts
- Inspect completed installations to meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Maintain a clean workspace, organize tools, and ensure all equipment is in proper working order
Requirements
- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Robust mechanical knowledge with familiarity in working with hand tools and power tools
- Experience with automotive detailing or paint protection film installation is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks consistently throughout the day
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision craftsmanship
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers
- Mechanic experience or background in automotive repair enhances your suitability for this role
