Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you'll be essential in preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and ensuring that every dish meets our quality standards. Duties

- Assist in preparing ingredients and food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation quality.
- Support food safety protocols by handling ingredients properly and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Help with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing supplies for smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensure all food is stored correctly,



rotating stock to prevent waste and spoilage.
- Maintain a clean work environment by cleaning stations, utensils, and equipment regularly.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service during busy hours.

Experience

- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
- Experience working in a restaurant or food service environment helps you adapt quickly.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation processes enhances your effectiveness on the line.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and support smooth kitchen operations.
