Are you a natural communicator who loves connecting with people and making a meaningful impact? Join our team of Remote Phone Fundraisers supporting charities focused on humanitarian aid, environmental protection, and social justice. You’ll be speaking with people who have already shown interest in our charity partners – no cold calling – making every conversation impactful.

What You’ll Do

- Speak with supporters passionate about social causes
- Inspire people to become long-term donors
- Use empathy, storytelling, and persuasion to support vital charity work
- Participate in ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development
- Collaborate with a high-performance, supportive team

Compensation

- Salary-based position (no commission)
- $19–$24/ hour
- Starting rate: $19/hour
- Pay increases based on hours, performance, and consistency

Tech Requirements (Important for Success)

- Desktop or laptop running Windows 11 or newer(MacBooks are not compatible with our system)
- Stable internet capable of supporting real-time voice communication (wired Ethernet preferred)
- Headset with microphone for clear calls (wired headset)
- Quiet,
