What You’ll Do

As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you’ll ensure our customers always have the products they need — when they need them. You’ll take ownership of a diverse product portfolio and play a critical role in keeping our distribution centres running smoothly.

- Forecast & Replenish a wide range of food and beverage items to maintain continuous supply across our DC network.

- Optimize Inventory by achieving targets for inventory levels, turns, and fill rates.

- Manage Vendor Relationships through timely purchase orders and proactive communication with suppliers and carriers.

- Support Market Growth by maintaining accurate cost and pricing profiles.

- Share Market Insights with Sales and Category Management to help guide customer conversations and business decisions.

- Lead Seasonal & Promo Planning to ensure we’re ready for peak demand.

- Protect Product Quality by managing shelf life, capacity, and obsolete inventory.





- Analyze KPIs to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate Cross‑Functionally with Sales and Category Management to execute product strategies and support profitable case volume.

- Champion Safety & Quality by following all Health & Safety, Food Safety, WHMIS, and QA practices.

What You Bring

You’re someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in doing things right. You’re organized, analytical, and always thinking one step ahead.

- 3+ years in Supply Chain Planning or Category Buying

- Experience in the food & beverage industry

- Strong understanding of inventory management

- Post‑secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

- Experience with ERP systems and forecasting tools

- Advanced Excel skills

- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities

- Proven ability to prioritize, problem‑solve, and stay calm under pressure

- Experience managing large product portfolios
