Rockland Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our dynamic team.

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be an important member of the pharmacy team and use your teamwork and communication skills to ensure the clients and retirement homes we service are healthy and happy.

For this position, you will be responsible for prescription data entry and any other pharmacy assistant duties as required by the pharmacy. As a result, experience doing data entry at previous pharmacies and competency with pharmacy prescription software is mandatory (1-2 years of Kroll experience is an asset).

Preferences:

-Prior pharmacy experience is mandatory (preferable data entry experience in LTC)

- Teamwork and positive attitude are requirements to ensure smooth operations of the pharmacy

- Accurate, efficient working skills is critical to meet deadlines

- Excellent organization and time-management skills is a must





HOURS OF OPERATION:

Rockland Pharmacy is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. The pharmacy is closed on weekends and statutory holidays.

The successful candidate must be able to work until 6pm (start time may vary as mutually agreed upon between pharmacy and employee).
