Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide skilled massage therapy services to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clients. This role requires a dedicated individual committed to delivering exceptional customer care in a welcoming environment. Duties

- Perform customized massage therapy treatments based on client needs and health history
- Assess clients’ conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and treatment notes
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with other health professionals to support client health goals
- Uphold professional standards and adhere to licensing requirements and ethical guidelines

Skills

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions




- Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients
- Effective communication skills for explaining treatments, listening to client concerns, and providing professional advice
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude
- Compassionate demeanor with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Organizational skills for managing appointment schedules and maintaining accurate records

Experience:

- physiotherapy experience in a multidisciplinary clinic: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (required)
