Job title: Kitchen Helper / Line Cook (South Indian Cuisine)

Job Description:

We are currently hiring a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper / Line Cook to join our team in Etobicoke. The ideal candidate should have kitchen experience, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have knowledge of South Indian cuisine.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily food preparation and cooking activities
- Prepare ingredients including cutting, chopping, and portioning
- Support line cooking during busy service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Assist with general kitchen duties as required
- Work efficiently as part of a kitchen team





Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper or Line Cook preferred
- Experience making Dosa is a solid asset
- South Indian cuisine experience preferred
- Ability to work 6 days per week and flexible shifts
- Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Schedule: 6 days per week | Shifts between 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Approx. 50–60 hours/week)

Male Candidates are preferred

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay: $3,000.00 per month
