What You’ll Do

- Perform lawn maintenance tasks: mowing, trimming, edging, seeding, fertilizing, and clean-up
- Operate commercial equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
- Occasionally prune shrubs and maintain garden beds
- Drive company truck and trailer to transport equipment between job sites
- Maintain equipment, perform minor mechanical repairs, and report issues
- Represent the company professionally with clients
- Occasionally assist with simple marketing tasks (e.g., door hangers)

Requirements





- Valid G driver’s license with clean abstract (required for driving truck and trailer)
- Comfortable driving a truck and trailer to transport equipment between job sites
- Ability to lift 30–80 lbs and perform physical work daily
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Strict adherence to health and safety requirements
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor conditions with minimal supervision

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Experience in lawn care or landscaping
- Basic mechanical knowledge with ability to troubleshoot minor problems
- Customer service experience
