Responsibilities

- Manage project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Gather and document business requirements and support business case development.
- Develop project plans, monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and project financials.
- Build and maintain project governance, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify risks and issues, recommend mitigation strategies, and drive projects to completion.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of Project Management or Project Analyst experience.
- Experience with business case creation, requirements gathering, and project financials.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a large enterprise setting.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma required.

Nice to Have

- Banking or Financial Services experience.
- PMP Certification.
- Experience supporting regulatory, governance, audit, or cybersecurity projects.

Pay: $47.00-$52.00 per hour
