Position Overview

This opportunity is suited to a technically focused professional supporting service delivery in a field-based environment within the oil and gas sector. This position is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient and reliable performance while ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time. The role also supports risk management, service quality improvement and customer engagement across operational activities.

Role Context

This opportunity sits within the oil and gas industry, supporting field service operations in an operational wellsite setting. The role involves mobilising to field locations and working within a safety-critical setting where compliance, service quality and continuous improvement are central to delivery. Candidates should be comfortable operating in demanding site conditions and engaging with customer representatives as part of day-to-day activity.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain safe, efficient and reliable service delivery across operational activities.
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and provided on time.
- Support service delivery execution in line with required standards and procedures.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop customer contacts to help promote relevant products and services.
- Support compliance with company and regulatory standards through inspections and self-assessment activity.




- Participate in service quality meetings and contribute to performance improvement action plans.
- Follow HSE policies, wear required PPE and maintain mandatory safety training.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience working in a technical field-based role within the oil and gas sector or a comparable industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of service delivery, operational risk management, HSE expectations and quality standards in a safety-critical setting.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, contribute to continuous improvement and manage responsibilities in a wellsite or field location.
- A 4x4 truck is required for mobilisation to the field site.
