Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced BDC Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to provide exceptional assistance to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with internet leads and previous customers
- Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership's CRM system
- Confirm appointments and conduct reminder calls
- Assist with lead generation and customer retention campaigns
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Handle customer questions professionally and direct them to the appropriate department

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
