Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Team Member to join our team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. As a Shift Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead your team to success in delivering high-quality food and service.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant or hotel during assigned shifts.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of food handling and preparation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
- Manage inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and maintain equipment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate reporting using POS systems.
- Collaborate with other management staff to develop strategies for improving service efficiency and guest experience.

Experience

- Previous experience in QSR/hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.




- Knowledge of food service operations, including food preparation techniques and bartending.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling processes.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Food industry: 1 year (preferred)
