Duties

- Thoroughly wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Assist with basic meal preparation and food handling tasks under supervision to support kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to ensure a hygienic environment
- Organize dishware and kitchen supplies for efficient access by staff during busy service hours
- Support the food service team by helping with meal assembly or prep tasks as needed




- Follow all safety procedures related to food handling and sanitation regulations
- Help manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with health standards

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
