About the Role:

As a Solar Installer, you’ll be at the forefront of Alberta’s renewable energy boom, installing residential solar systems with a team of skilled professionals. This is a physically active role requiring comfort with heights in all weather conditions, teamwork, using technology and a commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do:

- Install solar panels, racking, and electrical components on residential rooftops
- Follow safety protocols, including fall protection and PPE requirements
- Assist electricians with wiring and electrical work
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Travel outside Calgary to complete projects

What You Bring:

Preferred (Not Required):

➕ Experience in solar, roofing, or construction
➕ Basic understanding of electrical systems
