Food & Beverage Service Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Food & Beverage Service Associate to join our team. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including setting up stations and handling ingredients safely
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout shifts
- Handle food with proper safety procedures, adhering to hygiene standards
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including beverages such as coffee or cocktails if applicable
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods
- Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines at all times

Qualifications

- Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality roles is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and proper serving techniques
- Experience with food preparation or barista duties is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if needed
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the food industry
