- Represent clients in care proceedings and court
- Provide advice on pre-proceedings and deprivation of liberties
- Advise local authorities on private law obligations
- Offer training to clients and team members
- Participate in Local Family Justice Boards Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience
- Expertise in childcare law and court procedures
