Job Summary The Floor Care Project Lead is responsible to manage and perform Floor Care projects that includes cleaning, maintaining, and repairing carpeted and hard flooring surfaces up to the required standards/specifications set by the company.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, committed and flexible attitude towards customers and other team members, recognizing the importance and benefits of effective team working.

· Complete overall floor care of carpeted and flooring surfaces hard surfaces that which includes; stripping, waxing, buffing, dust and wet mopping, shampooing, extraction & bonnet buffing.

· Perform cleaning activities within well established guidelines and assigned areas to ensure quality standards, safety guidelines and customer expectations are being met.





· Safe mixing and use of cleaning solutions and adhere to all safety precautions.

· Checking & maintaining all machine and equipment and make it ready to use. Notifying supervisor of any faults found. Take care of all floor care program and attached picture after each job.

· Respect and take ownerships of the company’s vehicles at all times. Plugging in winter/Cleaning etc.

· Always represent White Spot in a skilled manner by wearing a clean and neat uniform.

· Other duties as assigned.

WORK HOURS: Schedule TBD based on individual project.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
