- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients across various industries
- Develop tailored advertising proposals that align with client goals and demonstrate clear value propositions

- Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines,



and report on sales activities
- Lead negotiations with decision-makers, demonstrating confidence and clarity to close deals efficiently

Experience

- Proven success in B2B sales or advertising sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships
- Business development experience, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and analysis skills to interpret campaign data effectively
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for managing customer interactions and sales processes
- Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and foster client trust
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $36,300.00-$104,983.70 per year
