Take charge as the Aerospace Operations Leader for Wings & Fuselage, managing operations in both Mirabel, Canada and Mobile, Alabama. This critical role focuses on safety and operational integrity in aerospace manufacturing. We are in search of a strategic leader with a minimum of 15 years in aerospace, particularly within wings operations.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, drive quality performance, and enforce a culture of continuous improvement while managing complex operational challenges. Your knowledge of final assembly processes and lean manufacturing will be key in ensuring excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee cross-functional teams in two major locations
- Ensure quality and operational excellence across all programs
- Adapt strategies in response to customer and production changes
- Foster Lean practices and robust safety initiatives
- Deliver results in a demanding aerospace environment Requirements:
- Aerospace Engineering degree or similar
- 15+ years of aerospace experience
- 10+ years manufacturing expertise
