Parkway Co-op Agro Centre is hiring a 14 month (Term) Agro Administration Clerk for our Agro Centre in Roblin Manitoba.

What you’ll do:

The Agro Admin Clerk’s responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Place orders on behalf of agronomists and handle the receipt of invoices for chemicals, fertilizers, seeds, agricultural products, and equipment. Processing of associated paperwork.
- General administrative tasks such as answering phones, entering data into spreadsheets, and housekeeping duties.
- Facilitating product transfers.
- Processing crop supplies sales into manufacturers’ systems.
- Assisting with billing support for the Agro team.
- Tracking inventory.

Who you are: You are looking for a career in Agro Administration and:

- Able to work extended hours during peak season.
- You have a grade 12 diploma.




- You have a valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation.

The following would be considered an asset:
- Understanding of Ag products and the Ag business.
- Proficiency in working with Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
- You have robust communication and organizational skills.
- You're honest and trustworthy, striving to be the best at what you do.
