Job Title: Angular Lead Developer Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

Domain: Banking / Financial We are seeking a highly skilled Angular UI Lead to spearhead the front-end architecture, development standards, and delivery of our business-critical web applications. In this role, you will champion technical excellence, define modern UI design patterns, and mentor a team of engineers to build scalable, accessible, and user-centric interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Development

Design front-end architecture for complex, enterprise-grade Angular applications.

Build reusable UI components and shared component libraries to streamline cross-team development.

Enforce coding standards and design patterns like reactive programming with RxJS.

Optimize application performance for fast rendering, efficient bundling, and state management.

Technical Experience

10+ years of experience in front-end development, with 3+ years in a team leadership role.

Expert proficiency in Angular (ideally Angular 16+ or modern versions) and TypeScript.

Soft Skills & Workplace

Agile delivery experience working within distributed Scrum framework setups.





Excellent communication skills to explain complex frontend architecture to non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps for cloud-based deployment.
