Job Summary
As a member of the manufacturing team, the CNC Machine Apprentice is responsible for the set up and operating of either the Mill/Turn, CNC Lathes, 3 to 5 axis CNC Mills, or screw machines. The Apprentice ensures the accuracy and consistency of the parts they are manufacturing, confirms machined parts are compatible to mating parts, and contributes to the accuracy of drawings. The Apprentice is responsible for the cleanliness of their individual workstation while also working together as a team to maintain a positive and collaborative working environment.

Key Accountabilities:
- Efficiently set up Mill/Turn, CNC Lathes,
and/or 3 to 5 axis CNC Mills.
- Produce precise and consistent parts.
- Update setup sheets, improve detail and accuracy as needed.
- Actively participate in the maintenance of a clean working setting.
- Report any damaged tools or machine incidents immediately.
- Complete all required paperwork with adequate detail.
- Maintain a positive work ethic, supporting other members of the manufacturing team.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years operating CNC machine experience
- 1-2 years of Machine Apprentice Program completed
- Graveyard Shift | 10:00 pm - 6:30 am
Considered an Asset:
- Experience in Gibbs CAM software
- Experience with Brother, Okuma, Nakamura, and Haas
Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
