In this pivotal role, you will support the store leadership in driving sales, managing daily operations, and fostering a positive shopping setting. Your energetic approach and leadership skills will inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service, optimize merchandising strategies, and ensure smooth store functioning.

Responsibilities

- Assist in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals through effective coaching, training, and development
- Manage inventory levels by coordinating purchasing, merchandising, and stock replenishment activities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction




- Supervise cash handling procedures, cashiering activities, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy and security
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new staff members
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional displays to enhance store visibility and sales performance
- Monitor pricing strategies, conduct sales analysis, and assist with budgeting to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols at all times

Experience

- Proven supervising experience within a retail environment or similar setting
- Strong background in retail sales, store management, or sales management roles
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, team management, and customer service excellence
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred for effective communication with diverse customer bases
- Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks is advantageous
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Competence in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff members
- Knowledge of marketing principles and promotional planning techniques
