Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team to provide outstanding guest service.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members and supervisors.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
- Manage labour costs, food costs, inventory, and restaurant profitability.
- Monitor sales, identify opportunities for growth, and implement action plans.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and create positive customer experiences.
- Ensure compliance with Tim Hortons operating standards and company policies.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Previous QSR restaurant management experience with drive thru operstions.
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.




- Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience managing labour, food costs, inventory, and budgets.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $43,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
