The Opportunity

We are seeking an Assistant Showroom Manager to support the daily leadership of our Winnipeg showroom. Working alongside our current Leadership Team, you will coach, lead the sales floor, oversee daily execution, and step into leadership whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily leadership and coaching of the showroom team.
- Lead by example through client appointments and sales.
- Help drive sales goals and service standards.
- Coordinate daily operations, communications and merchandising.
- Assist with onboarding, training and performance coaching.
- Ensure exceptional client experiences every day, every interaction.

Qualifications





- 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong sales and client service background.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Positive, solutions-focused leadership style.
- Self motivated, positive attitude, excellent work ethic.
- People person, problem solver, solid leader.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
