In this role, you will facilitate Wendy's University programs, lead training sessions for limited time offers, and support franchise openings. Your influence will build operational skills and drive performance improvements. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver Wendy's University training programs effectively
- Coordinate product and operational training for staff
- Certify Training Restaurants in assigned markets
- Support current restaurant training and launches
- Conduct field coaching and assessment visits Requirements:
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years in a training or operations role
- Stellar presentation and instructional skills
