Integrity Project Consulting is a Vancouver-based owner’s representative and project management firm supporting clients through the planning, design, construction, and delivery of commercial real estate projects. We work closely with owners, operators, consultants, contractors, landlords, and other project stakeholders to provide transparent leadership, practical advice, and hands-on project management throughout the full project lifecycle. Our work is primarily focused on tenant improvements, renovations, and multi-location rollout programs across the hospitality, restaurant, retail, workplace, and commercial sectors.

Integrity Project Consulting is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support our Project Managers and senior team members across a diverse portfolio of client mandates. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of commercial construction projects, including hotel renovations, restaurant and retail rollouts, office tenant improvements, workplace projects, and select ground-up developments. This role is well suited to someone with approximately 2 to 3 years of relevant project coordination or project management experience who is looking to take on greater responsibility, work directly with clients and project teams, and continue developing toward a Project Manager position.

Position: Associate Project Manager

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

Experience: Approximately two to three years of relevant experience Project Coordination and Delivery

Support Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from initiation through design, construction, turnover, and closeout.

Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, work plans, milestone trackers, action logs, decision logs, and risk registers.

Coordinate activities between clients, consultants, contractors, landlords, vendors, authorities, and other project stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding actions, decisions, deliverables, and approvals.

Identify emerging risks, constraints, and potential budget or schedule impacts and escalate them to the Project Manager.

Participate in project kickoff meetings, design meetings, client meetings, construction meetings, and site reviews.

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, action lists, and project status updates.

Support multiple concurrent projects while maintaining organized records and clear priorities. Design and Consultant Coordination

Support the coordination of architectural, interior design, mechanical, electrical, structural, and specialty consultants.

Assist with reviewing consultant submissions for completeness, coordination, and alignment with the project scope and client requirements.

Track design deliverables, submissions, reviews, approvals, and outstanding information.

Coordinate requests for information and support the resolution of design and construction issues.

Assist with landlord, strata, municipal, utility, and other approval processes where required.





Help ensure client requirements and operational considerations are incorporated into the design. Procurement and Contract Administration

Assist with the preparation and administration of consultant, contractor, and vendor procurement processes.

Support the preparation and issuance of requests for proposals, tender documents, bid comparisons, leveling analyses, and recommendation summaries.

Coordinate bidder questions, addenda, proposal submissions, interviews, and clarifications.

Track consultant agreements, construction contracts, purchase orders, and other commercial documentation.

Assist with reviewing contractor quotations, change requests, progress claims, and supporting documentation.

Maintain procurement, contract, and change management logs. Budget and Cost Management

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project budgets, cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and funding summaries.

Track commitments, invoices, changes, contingencies, allowances, and projected final costs.

Review invoices and payment applications for accuracy and alignment with the applicable agreement or contract.

Support the assessment of change orders and potential cost impacts.

Help identify budget pressures and opportunities for cost savings or value management.

Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

Schedule

Management

Assist with the development and maintenance of project schedules.

Track design, permitting, procurement, construction, delivery, and turnover milestones.

Monitor progress against the approved schedule and identify potential delays.

Follow up with project team members on upcoming deadlines and overdue deliverables.

Support the development of schedule recovery plans and mitigation measures where required.

Construction

Coordination

Attend site meetings, progress reviews, inspections, and other construction-related meetings.

Document site conditions, construction progress, deficiencies, risks, and follow-up actions.

Track requests for information, submittals, shop drawings, samples, long-lead items, changes, deficiencies, and closeout requirements.

Coordinate communication between the contractor, consultants, client, landlord, and operational stakeholders.

Support the resolution of site issues and help ensure decisions are documented and communicated.

Assist in monitoring quality, schedule, cost, safety, and operational impacts on behalf of the client. Reporting and Documentation

Prepare concise and accurate project reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Maintain organized electronic project files in accordance with company standards.

Ensure project trackers, logs, schedules, budgets, and reports remain current.

Prepare presentation materials, executive summaries, recommendation reports, and decision documents.

Document key project decisions, risks, changes, and approvals.

Support consistent reporting across the company’s project portfolio. Turnover and Closeout

Support project turnover,



occupancy, opening, and move coordination activities.

Assist with the preparation and management of deficiency lists.

Track testing, commissioning, inspections, training, occupancy approvals, and operational readiness requirements.

Coordinate the collection and review of warranties, manuals, record drawings, permits, certificates, and other closeout documentation.

Assist with final account reconciliation and project closeout reporting.

Support post-occupancy reviews and lessons-learned activities. Client and Stakeholder Management

Develop professional and collaborative relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Communicate clearly, respectfully, and proactively.

Respond to requests and follow up on commitments in a timely manner.

Support Project Managers in preparing for client meetings and presenting project information.

Represent Integrity Project Consulting professionally in meetings, on-site, and in written correspondence.

Help create a positive client experience through responsiveness, organization, and practical problem-solving.

Qualifications and Experience The successful candidate will ideally have:

2-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, construction, design, development, or a related field.

Experience supporting commercial tenant improvements, renovations, hospitality, restaurant, retail, workplace, or similar construction projects.

A diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, interior design, business, real estate, or a related discipline.

An understanding of the design and construction process, including procurement, permitting, construction administration, and project closeout.

Experience working with consultants, contractors, vendors, landlords, and client representatives.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Teams. Proficiency in Smartsheet considered an asset.

Familiarity with AI tools and agents, including ChatGPT, is considered an asset

Familiarity with construction contracts, consultant agreements, budgets, schedules, change management, and progress claims is considered an asset.

A valid driver’s licence and the ability to attend project sites within the Lower Mainland and out of province when required. Work Arrangement

Full time position.

Hybrid working arrangement consisting of approximately 2-3 days per week in the office and 2-3 days per week working remotely.

Extended health and dental benefits.

The specific in-office and remote schedule will be coordinated based on team, client, and project requirements.

Time at project sites and client offices may also be required, depending on project assignments and the stage of the work.

Travel within the Lower Mainland and out of province may be required for project work.

The position will be based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
