At Graham Animal Hospital, we’ve designed a role that allows you to practice excellent medicine without sacrificing your life outside of work.

We are a privately-owned, 7-veterinarian practice in Hillsburgh, Ontario, known for collaborative culture, high-quality care, and expertise in small animal reproduction.

26 scheduled clinical hours per week (across 3 days)

We know on-call is often the dealbreaker—so we’ve built a system that is predictable, shared, and well compensated:

Shared among 4 veterinarians

Approximately 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend in 4

Supported by highly skilled, independent technicians—you are not working alone

Compensation includes: Emergency exam fees paid directly to you

50% of professional fees invoiced
