Role Descrng>iption This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Body Technician role based at Image Honda in Hamilton, ON.

The Automotive Body

Technician will perform vehicle body repairs, including structural and cosmetic work, panel replacement, and dent removal in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards.

Responsibilities include assessing collision damage, disassembling and reassembling vehicle components, preparing surfaces, and coordinating with the paint team to ensure quality finishes. The technician will also carry out routine maintenance and minor mechanical repairs related to collision work, follow safety protocols, maintain clean and organized work areas, and document work performed.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Collision and Auto Body skills, including damage assessment, structural repair, and panel replacement.





Candidates should possess Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills relevant to collision repair and basic mechanical adjustments.

Formal training or apprenticeship as an Automotive Body Technician; relevant trade certification or license is preferred.

Experience working in a collision repair or dealership workplace, with knowledge of OEM repair procedures and safety standards.

Ability to use body repair tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic devices, with strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and commitment to customer-focused service.

Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and working with tools and equipment over extended periods.
