Key Responsibilities Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets

Manage team performance and accountability

Create and implement sales strategies to grow market share and profit

Provide tailored quotes and solutions for fleet needs

Oversee CRM records and ensure team's consistent lead follow-ups

Prepare and analyze reports on team performance to drive results

Stay up to date on inventory, market pricing, and promotions to maximize sales Requirements Valid VSA Sales License

Proven ability in leading and managing teams

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills





Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean driving abstract
