Typical Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with customer engineering teams on a wide variety of AWS projects, including migration, containerization and transformation.
- Write infrastructure as code
- Perform AWS environment troubleshooting and setup
- Meet customer SLAs and managing communication in case of issues
- Configure and maintain backup, monitoring and alerting systems for multiple clients
- Interact with teams and customers to ensure 24/7 support
- Administrate automated deployments and scripting using Bash, PowerShell and/or Python
- Participate in work sessions with clients
- Complete technical documentation
- Deliver quality work in an agile team environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
